Inspection Fee ($35*)
For all fault diagnosis or if no fault found or software fault is found under warranty (ie if a graphics card has been diagnosed as faulty by a customer and no fault is found on inspection, then the Inspection fee will be charged)

Installation and testing of standard PC components such as DVD burners, graphics cards, motherboards and memory.
Spyware/Virus Removal($95*)
For the removal of complex and multiple viruses or spyware programs.Data Transfer/Backup ($55*)
Covers the retrieval and backup of existing information to a single folder.
Data Recovery($155*)
Covers the retrieval of data from a corrupt file system, accidental data deletion, or a corrupted RAID array. If the data is not recoverable, then no charges apply.
format and Reload OS ($65*)
Format and reloading of the operating system (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista). Includes the installation of Windows and latest drivers and basic software (Adobe Acrobat Reader, FireFox etc) Does not include data backup or installation of additional software.* Note all prices are inclusive of GST.
